FAIS is a credit application processing system designed for a remote branch, broker and/ or retail network served by a head office or regional processing centre.  It collects applicant data and makes credit decisions based on your specific business rules. 

FAIS can print pre-agreement documentation as well as final agreements for signature and provides validation of data as it is input and verification of applicants against your own existing customer and bad debtors databases automatically at the branch.  It can automatically input information captured at the branch into your back office administration engine.

FAIS Branch is designed for companies where the branches do not have permanent internet links and is delivered as a standalone application which is installed on the branch PC.

The FAIS standalone application regularly synchronises with the central FAIS server to maintain product, customer and bad debtor information from your systems and to transfer new agreements from the branch to your back office.
